Introduction

This Privacy Policy outlines Resiliency Psychiatry and Addiction Treatment (" we ", " our " or " the Company ") practices with respect to information collected from users who access our website at ResiliencyPsychiatry.com (" Site "), or otherwise share personal information with us (collectively: " Users "). 

Grounds for data collection 

Processing of your personal information (meaning, any information which may potentially allow your identification with reasonable means; hereinafter " Personal Information ") is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations towards you and providing you with our services, to protect our legitimate interests and for compliance with legal and financial regulatory obligations to which we are subject.

We collect two types of data and information from Users.

We are not aware of the identity of a User from which the Non-personal Information was collected. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information directly from children. If we become aware that a child has disclosed Personal Information without proper parental consent, such Personal Information will be deleted.
